1) Use: The use of ultrasonic cleaning machine should be strictly operated in accordance with the following requirements:
● Connect the cable between the cleaning tank and the generator;
● Pour the cleaning liquid into the cleaning tank (pour the amount of cleaning liquid into the cleaning material, the liquid level is about three-quarters of the whole is better);
● Put the cleaned material into the cleaning tank;
● Plug in the power plug;
● Set cleaning time, turn on.
2) Precautions
● When no cleaning liquid or water is poured into the cleaning tank, it is strictly prohibited to turn on the machine, otherwise it may damage the instrument.
● The cable connector must be established whether the connector is damp before use. If there is damp, it should be treated and dried before use.
● Do not let the cleaning liquid and water flow into the generator, so as not to damage the instrument.
3) The way to make the ultrasonic cleaning effect ideal
● The temperature of the ultrasonic cleaning tank is preferably 30 ~ 50℃.
● Select the cleaning agent according to different cleaning objects. Cleaning agents are generally divided into water-based (alkaline) cleaning agents, organic solvent cleaning agents and chemical reaction cleaning agents. The most commonly used is water-based cleaning agent.
● Choose different cleaning time according to the degree of pollution and the nature of dirt to be cleaned.

4) Ultrasonic cleaning machine cleaning agent cycle use and ultrasonic cleaning method can save a lot of cleaning agent, after each use of the cleaning machine, it is best to put the cleaning solution into the container, the next use and then pour into the cleaning tank, the remaining sediment can be disposed of. If the concentration of the cleaning solution is not enough, the appropriate amount can be reused.
